PR for HR

About Us

Established in 2005, Pervasive PR was created in order to fill a specific gap in the market for a specialist consultancy dedicated to the HR and related ‘people’ industries. Pervasive PR was founded by Fraser Butters, a highly experienced PR consultant who has spent too long working for a number of consultancies ranging from small domestic specialists to truly global PR giants such as Burson-Marsteller. During this period, he managed and directed domestic and international PR and marketing communications accounts for dozens of diverse organisations that ranged from small technology start-ups through to household business-to-business and consumer names such as BT, SAP, Accenture and Nintendo.

Pervasive PR – PR for HR

Over the last 15+ years, Pervasive PR has carved out a niche for itself as the UK’s leading expert in the specific field of ‘PR for HR’

Within the HR and wider ‘people related’ sectors, we bring our unique, pragmatic approach to PR and reputation management to bear for:

  • Companies that wish to market products and services to the HR profession
  • Senior HR professionals that want to ‘market’ themselves and
  • Corporate and HR teams that want to promote their employer reputation/brand

Founded by Fraser Butters, Pervasive PR is a small, highly effective consultancy that is dedicated to offering a full range of premium PR and marketing communications services to the burgeoning HR and wider ‘people’ industries – and to those wanting to reach them.  We offer our clients no nonsense, results-focused PR and marketing communications programmes – less the corporate waffle and its associated overheads; PR programmes that make a genuine difference to their business.

DeeDee Doke, Editor at Recruiter Magazine

Pervasive PR is an advocate of the PESO PR model (Paid, Earned, Shared and Owned) – a big picture, all channel-inclusive way of communicating. PR and marcoms programmes can be created to match specific client requirements and budgets and activity can be as extensive or as focused as desired. However, they all start with the creation of good content and thought leadership feeding ‘Earned,’ ‘Shared’ and ‘Owned.’  When pertinent and budgets permit, the programme can, and should be, enhanced with elements of ‘Paid’ contribution to help ensure a truly joined up and strategic marketing approach.
